David Oakes
David Oakes developed a passion for entertaining as a child growing up in Danville, Virginia and, as a result, began acting at a very early age. He attended acting classes for film and television in Virginia and his dreams for the big screen led him to New York City in 2003 and eventually to California in 2006. A few of David's film credits include "Secret of the Cross: If I tell you, I have to kill you" (2010), The Weekend (2007), Long Distance Princess (2008) & Float (2008). He has been seen on MTV's Parental Control, performed stand up comedy at The World Famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, CA and has been featured in numerous print ads and catalogues nationwide. David's gift of writing and recording music made him a natural choice for the role of silky, soul singer "Brandon," in Wigger. David is also very athletic and enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball and football. David is currently living in Hollywood, CA where he continues to hone his craft by auditioning for challenging roles.
